I gave it All 5 stars because it Works, I think it tastes horrible, with the Cherry stuff only slightly Less horrible than the Green stuff. I have a pretty nasty Nyquil hangover in the morning, but who cares, you'll be able to lay down, Not cough %26 Sleep. You're sick, you feel horrible, at least you'll be able to Sleep!
