These supports provide serious, comfortable lift
If you need serious support as I do, these arch supports will do the trick, and do so with incredible comfort. I wish I'd had them years ago. Other supports (and I've tried the ALL) wear down, slide around and are generally not arched enough to begin with. Not to mention all the cutting and fitting. These supports provide substantial lift. They are very hard – and yet, for some reason, there was no "breaking in" period for me where they hurt at all. The molding is done so well that there's no area of discomfort where the arch part transitions to the rest. I've had custom-made arch supports in the past, and these blow those away in terms of comfort, lift and fit. And price!! My issues with feet and ankles are kept completely at bay, as long as I wear them. I have three pairs, and even keep one in my slippers. The stability they've given me is fantastic, something which I hadn't anticipated, but which is great, especially when exercising. The only "con" I can think of: Depending on the shoes you're wearing, you might be able to see a bit of the edge of these insoles at the sides of your shoes, particularly if they're narrow or tight. I don't think any notices, frankly. Remember, these are serious supports! They won't "squish" down – at all. If that's what you're looking for, these aren't for you. If, however, you're looking for an arch support that will NEVER stop lifting your arch and that feels wonderful, I couldn't recommend these more highly! Again, if I'd found these earlier I could have saved a lot of money on substandard, uncomfortable arch supports. NEVER going back!
