Wonderful for school work
This desk and chair for kids set is wonderful, is in white, which it matches perfectly with the room's colors, it took hubby and me around 3 hours to put together (while trying to entertain the kiddos at the same time), please pay close attention on the instructions, is not hard, but is very specific and you have to be meticulous, once put together it's sturdy, I just bought a chair cushion and now it's ready to be used by my kid.

Durable Student Desk!
Currently have to home school multiple children and this desk is a great solution. This took under 2 hours to put together-single handedly. The chair was very simple, and is sturdy enough for an adult to sit, but too small. This is definitely for a CHILD. My 10 year old will be using this and he fits comfortably. The drawers were easy to put together and do fit well, easy glide. Though one side is a little off kilter after installation of drawer, it does not impair function nor is very noticeable. All together this is a heavier than expected piece. I DO recommend while installing, though recommended to use screwdriver, when locking the CAM Lock to the CAM bolt I DID use power drill. I did NOT use to over tighten but the extra "power" helps make sure they do not come loose. I moved the desk and the leg came apart from the desk. Thankfully NO damage was done but I did remedy with "drill" and was able to move without incident. This was shipped VERY well! All components were wrapped and papered, so there were no dings or scratches, marks of any kind. When attaching the back panel the hammer did ding the material in a couple of spots, but again this did NOT compromise material or function. I also used power drill since this has MANY CAM bolts to screw in place. The finish is a very smooth and solid material. I do think this will handle the wear and tear a child will put on furniture. The desk top space is nicely portioned, will hold laptop AND there is room for writing in journal/notebook. This is able to fit into a corner in our living area - so also a good solution when you may be tight on space.

Love it! I want one for my adult self.
Great kids desk and chair set! So cute that I want one to work on it...can fit a small adult. Great from young kids to teens. Love the file slots and cork board. Sleek and simple. Drawers slide smooth, metal drawer handles. It requires assembly, which took about 3 hrs, allen wrenches included (you just need a hammer and philips screwdriver). Only glitch was hard to screw chair seat since no pre-drilled holes there. I would recommend assembling outside due to some wood dust and off-gassing the manufacturing smell. Made of particle board and some real wood. The only con of materials is that the bottom of the drawers are the flimsy backer board...will see how long that lasts before a heavy object makes a hole.
