I started the corned beef slow in the skillet. You don't need any oil, it has its own. LOTS of it! I sauteed peppers and onions and added it the meat. I sliced %26 diced and seasoned very well potatoes and cooked them in a separate skillet until soft and brown. I combined the potatoes with the meat and simmered for about 15 minutes. Homemade Corned Beef Hash! Deeelicious!

this corned beef was very greasy and when I cooked it there was hardly any beef left, I like to cook my corned beef with eggs, Libbie's or members mark is much better
