AMAZING PRODUCT!
Probably the best tumbler I have ever seen! This is an all-around product, you can put hot water and keep it warm as well as cold water and keep the coldness for hours, ice stays longer than the usual. It is uniquely made too!

nice, stays hot for hours, even with the top lid is left off. The second piece is how you drink from it and it's spillproof. someone left a review saying you had to drink from the canister itself and this is untrue. Just remove the basket only if you're not using it for flavor enhancement.

Extremely dissatisfied.
I liked that is was for tea. This product was multiple weeks late in receiving. It was intended as a gift but arrived too late. It does not have an easy way to drink. There is not a good mouthpiece or a place for a straw if you were using it for a cold drink.
