Very poor germination rate!

I ordered one packet, and so few germinated that I ordered a 2nd packet, hoping I'd have better luck. I will have to say, however, that the seller sent a couple extra seeds in one packet. For the $20 I spent, I will wind up with one 10" basket of flowers. I will learn to harvest the seed from these to save money.
