Great hiking poles
The hiking poles work beautifully - a lot of stability on smooth and rocky trails; comfortable to hold; very light weight. I'm 5'1" tall (short), and a senior. The package says that they have shock absorbing springs inside -- I don't notice them, but I've never used poles without the springs, so I have nothing in which to compare.

These trekking poles are sturdy and lightweight. They make hiking in our mountains and on the Appalachian Trail a breeze. I have already recommended them to friends. The only negative is that Walmart priced these at $31 a pair by Internet and only $17.89 in their stores, so price wise I lost. Now you know how free shipping isn't.
