When I order this otter box from Walmart store but, it was already crack on the bottom where you put the headphone jeck/ charger. When looking at the rubber peace it had sand,dirt something that looked gross it made me want puke. I was vary unhappy. This was unessary to send a customor if a customer order a new otter case the expect to have a new one, not a used,dirty,broken one. I hope you guys can make sure this doesn't happen again to other customers
