Better than the smaller bacon bits

The pieces are not as large as depicted in images but they are bigger and they offer some real bacon texture on your teeth and real bacon flavor. Adding these to an omelet during or after cooking will elevate it to a higher level and be more satisfying to eat. Also good to add to various cold salads or hot mac and cheese type dishes. The ziplock bag will keep them fresh.

Pieces are better than Bits

Found some pieces (fat edges of bacon) that were not crunchy and should not be in package. But the majority of pieces are good enough to eat. You can use bacon pieces for toppings, mixing or a snack. All 3 are delicious.
