Excellent item. Great to have on hand to sprinkle in the pan. Better then .... If I fry bacon, I end up eating far too much. The bits are real bacon, easy portion control with great flavor. If you want really crispy, put a spoonful or two on a paper and nuke if for about 20 seconds and it great!! Check it carefully that it doesn't burn in the microwave.

When I tried this for the first time I cried it was so good then I went to Market 32 and bought some REAL BACON and realized how cheap tasting this garbage really is. Just go to Market 32 and go to the meat department and order their Pepper Bacon it's 100 times better than this garbage.

This product is very versatile. If a recipe calls for bacon and I don't want a dirty my stove I I reach for this package and use what I need for the Recipe I'm making. I like that it's not overly salty that it actually taste like bacon. It's perfect in an omelette on a pizza on a bagel in a casserole with green beans. It has so many uses. It's good to have one hand.
