Very pleased with the chair.
it has a comfortable seat and the slide mechanism is valuable for people of different thigh lengths. Includes all the controls you could want though some are not obvious how to control because it's not in the documentation. A simple web search found a video demonstrating all the controls. Note: the controls on the "low-back" chair are different than on the "mid-back" chair. Be clear that you want a low-back task chair which is very different than a more standard mid-back chair.

Horrible qualitiy, looks good, will break.
First the arm rest broke and would only stay at the lowest setting, then the part that lets you adjust how far back the chair reclines broke, who knows whats next. Everything keeps braking.
