False advertising

Ordered this and the quantity on the listing says quantity 12 only received 1 when I asked to receive 12 as indicated ( and still indicated) on the listing they just gave me a refund and said it was just for 1 tube. Listing is still up 6 different places with quantity of 12. Oh and the 1 I got was damaged.
