It was constantly restocking to itself and taking way to long to get it unstuck, the cutter would shred the tape, and the tape just wasn't taping like I wanted. This compact dispenser is a game changer! I purposely put the tape back on itself now because it is so easy to get back off, it cuts perfectly every time, I can do most packages with one hand, the tape sticks perfectly and I know it will last during a long haul. I will be keeping this on hand for my shipping needs.
