Thi is great to use as a lotiion on the face and hands. Kids use it as a sun tan lotion you don't burn and it also keeps the bugs away. You don't have all the crap in it like the sun tan creams you buy. When putting on the sun tan cream I got a little of the crap in my mouth and I thought I was going to be really sick it tasted awfull. This pure coconut oil is so much better I use the solid one because the one that is liquid seemed to make my skin sore. Really good stuff you can also cook with it . It's pure stuff.
