Love Mushroom coffies

I've been drinking mushroom coffees for the past 12 years so when I came across this one I decided to give it a try. At first I was not too impresses however it has grown on me it is my second old fashion size cup of coffee in the a m. I just use one teaspoon plus I put 1/2 tsp of another brand, Kroger's Simple Truth Organic with 7 different mushrooms for me it makes it pretty nice!

Mushroom Coffee- Focus Fuel

This coffee does everything it says. I am not a coffee drinker at all but I was willing to try it for the benefits and because it is mostly mushrooms. It smells like hot chocolate and it is creamy and smooth. Since I don't like the taste of coffee, I use some creamer, agave and some cocoa and that my drink for the day. I see a change in the tire around my belly and my focus and energy level has increased. I drink it 1 time per day either in the morning or afternoon.

Excellent!

This started as a one-time-tryout purchase. I actually like it. I add it to a smoothie for a caffeine boost. The omega-3s, adaptogens, MCT oil, and Lion's mane are an added plus. And, a little protein and fiber isn't bad either!
