Organic Red Quinoa
I wasn't sure about quinoa but I have been pleasantly surprised by this red quinoa. Remember quinoa takes on the personality of whatever they're cooked in or with. Recommend toasting this red quinoa then rinsing before cooking with unsalted chicken stock. Allow it to cool completely then lightly sauté with garlic, ginger, parsley, leeks, and cilantro. All or a combination of your favorite aromatics.
