I bought it after noticing that the polenta I buy at my health store, while orgaic, is "degerminated." That was disappointing so I went looking for whole grain and this is it. The label reads "Organic Whole Grain Corn" and when I read the details it specifies that it does contain all the nutrients and parts of the grain!
