My doctor recommended this to me about 2 weeks ago. I've been using it every morning. I started by adding it to 17 oz of water, and orange juice, but the texture is what gets me. The fiber also falls to the bottom even when you mix it. So I just dump the entire tbsp in my mouth and chase with water to get it over with. There is virtually zero taste, but the texture that's another story. I will continue to buy this product.
