Good for a complete meal any time of the day
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really is a complete meal and, as such, pretty-much justifies the price. No need for supplements for nearly anything. As directed, I find it a bit "heavy," even when mixed with cold water. An alternative, of course, is to combine with another (20-21g protein) powder, which also can make a better taste. However, Orgain really does need to stop putting a scoop into every single container. They can and should be recycled.
