doesn't screw in correctly
I ordered TWO of these and they were BOTH poorly made. I still recommended it because my husband managed to fix it and now I like em. The issue is that they didn't screw in TIGHT at ALL. And on one of them, it was SOOOOO bad there was NO way to hang clothes on it. It looked like a bent elbow, no joke. Even after my husband fixed them they are still a bit bent but just slightly...but for $20 each I can deal with them. I bought em for my kids (ages 6 and 3) and they obviously could care less or even notice.
