When served as a starter or light meal, it's a warming bowl of soup with carrots, leeks, spinach, garlic, and pasta. This recipe includes sweet corn, chili and parsley for a distinctive flavor and aroma. It is also quick and easy to prepare, simply follow these directions: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil then stir in soup mix and return to a boil. I enjoyed Knorr Sopa Mexicana...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed Knorr Sopa Mexicana Minestrone dry spot mixes. They are the perfect meal for these cold rainy Tennessee days. I felt full and satiated and even had some left over to take to school the next day. Perfect with oyster crackers and a dash of hot sauce.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let me start by saying that i didn't like this soup. However the reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because my one year old twins do. And it couldn't have came at a better time with them not being able to eat solids currently. So anything my kids like is a win in my book. I just wouldn't buy it for myself. I received complimentary in a voxbox however my opinions are all my own.
