Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Flavored Ground Coffee, 100% Arabica, 17 oz

There's nothing about this coffee that I don't LOVE. It's been my favorite coffee since my first bag. I've tried others that claimed to be peppermint mocha when Starbucks flew off shelves; there was nothing but disappointment in every bag. Starbuck's peppermint and mocha flavorings aren't so strong they taste obviously artifical. They're just pleasingly present in flavor and in the aromatic brewing, tasting like Christmas in every cup. I'm obviously a big fan. My only complaint is I can't get it all year long and have to substitute with with peppermint mocha creamer to make it through the rest of the year. To me, if it's not Starbucks Peppermint Mocha, its not even coffee!

And that's a good thing! The underlying coffee flavor in this one is solidly average unless you're doing it as a cold brew, which teases the underlying natural flavors out a bit more, but the peppermint mocha flavor on top is a tasty combination that I'm very into. I add a spoonful of Dutch-processed cocoa powder to the coffee grounds before I brew it and it becomes magical. It's easy to drink all day long, hot or cold. I wish this flavor was year-round.
