I bought a bottle to try it on tacos and it turned out to be even better on Enchiladas with Red Sauce. I always make a little extra sauce when I make enchiladas, because the leftover ones in the fridge seem to soak up all the sauce. I often make my red sauce from scratch, but even if I use a canned enchilada sauce, this Roja sauce brings the taste right back up to fresh-made. I've already bought two more bottles of it to make this a pantry staple.

Herdez products are the tastiest most authentic tasting product out there in my opinion but we are addicted to this taco sauce The flavor is fresh and intense and perfectly spicy without overwhelming your taste buds.

This is a very flavorful sauce! It has chile de arbol, so it’s not for the faint hearted. It’s serious stuff, if you drip it on your skin, rinse it, or wipe with a damp paper towel. This stuff will actually burn. It says medium, but in gringo terms, that’s hot:P
