The dome/snap closures are placed on the shoulders to avoid any pressure points. Comfortable raglan sleeves. These back open adaptive hospital nightdresses are terrific for elderly/seniors who are disabled or wheelchair dependent. Great choice for nursing homes, homecare or hospitals.
