Learn from my Mistake

Luckily I did not have to learn the hard way and pay for a new stone. Ooni was extremely generous to send me a replacement free of charge. Now, listen up, when you put the cover on(if you bought one) start at the mouth of the oven and slide in on towards the back of the oven. I did the opposite and the legs folded and the stone slid out and shattered. If you cover the front first, the stone can not slide out. Lesson learned. The cover is a fantastic tool to carry the oven around. The oven is, well, exactly how most describe it, awesome. Took me a bit to not burn my pizzas but I like them charred a bit anyways. Thank you Ooni sending me a replacement stone ASAP. I have referred half a dozen people to buy one and they all love it.

The Cats Meow - Great Multi-use Thermometer!

Very accurate infrared thermometer! Easy to use! Multiple uses in the kitchen! Love it! Has the additional benefit of becoming one of my cat's favorite entertainment devices - Golden will chase the little red dot :red_circle: the infrared thermometer laser projects on the floor, walls, and furniture for hours at a time. Just don't shine the laser on the cats face or in her eyes.......

Great!

I broke my original stone by turning my Fyra over, after its first use, to shake out the ash. Don't do this. You will break your stone. You will watch it come out and crash on the ground before you. Don't be like me. Don't be a moron. This is a great replacement for a stone that didn't deserve to die in the first place. Do I deserve this new stone? Only time will tell.
