An infrared thermal thermometer is

An infrared thermal thermometer is absolutely necessary. Without one you won't know how hot your oven is and when to put in your pizza. This thermometer works quite well and is easy to use. I also us it to check the surrounding wall area to make sure nothing near my work area is getting too hot.

Really nice to have

The infrared thermometer works great and is easy to use. Glad that I have it so that I no longer have to guess if the stone is hot enough to begin cooking. In several cases, after I am I am done making pizza I will put in a small pan of chicken or veggies to bake (why waste all of that heat?!). With the thermometer I can be sure that the oven is staying hot enough to complete the second round of cooking.

The stone is amazing. We

The stone is amazing. We received this as a replacement for one that broke inside our new Ooni oven. This new stone has been amazing. It cooks the pizza so evenly! We couldn't be more grateful for this amazing oven and the stone that creates all the magic. We are also beyond grateful for the incredible customer service this company provides.
