Often used in savory dishes, onion powder has the added benefit of tear-free cooking. Minced onion is an easy way to add full, fresh onion flavor when your recipe doesn't require the texture of fresh onions or you want to avoid the hassle of peeling and chopping onions. Our Minced onion has a coarser texture that granulated onion, making it ideal as a base for homemade dry rubs and seasoning blends.
