Featuring precision-engineered lightweight aluminum construction, weighing in at a mere 15 lbs. making this the perfect bar for both beginning Olympic lifters and Cross Training. Performance tested chrome finish, 9.25” sleeve length and a 28mm diameter guarantee unmatched durability and effectiveness. Power bar medium knurling guarantees a solid grip through even the most strenuous of workouts.
