Olivia Garden Finger Brush Scalp-Hugging & Vented Paddle Hair Brush (3-Piece Kit)

My daughter, who has waist long, thick hair, loves this brush! I found the best price for it at Walmart and it came earlier than anticipated.

This is a great paddle brush for thick hair. My hair dresser uses it with great effect. Unfortunately, the vendor who was to supply the brush didn't ship as promised until after I raised the issue with jet. The Jet customer service was generally helpful and sent out another brush from a different vendor and which arrived very quickly. However, after I raised the issue, the first vendor followed through and finally shipped the brush which arrived after the replacement (and two weeks later than promised). Getting back to c.s.-one rep said that the replacement brush would be sent at no charge to me. Another c.s. rep sent an email saying that I'd be billed for the replacement brush. So, I guess I need to check my credit card statement.
