The only complaint I have is that the suction cups underneath the base aren't strong enough to keep the toilet paper holder from tipping when you try to unroll toilet paper. I moved it against the wall which fixed the problem. It does have holes in the back and inside of the box so it can be screwed into a wall. The problem is that they didn't send screws long enough to do that. Other than that, since I was able to rig it so it doesn't tip I love it.
