This has just the right amount of spice...so delicious. You can eat it on a piece of cornbread or on rice. Either is a quick delicious meal that only takes 60 seconds to heat and eat. Great for a senior/Gerri (my sister and I call Gerri, short for geriatric, and we both are almost 65 yrs. old) who doesn't like to cook. It has plenty of protein and not too much salt. This Gerri loves these handy-dandy pouches. If you don't like spicy hot foods, this is probably not for you. But if you're a fan, these pouches are very affordable and who can beat preping a meal in 60 seconds, right. SOOO GROOVY!

I love this. It takes one minute, fifteen seconds to heat in the microwave.After it's heated, I put it on two spinach and herb tortillas and roll them up. It's super quick and high in protein and fiber.
