Old El Paso Mild Red Enchilada Sauce, Meal Prep, 19 oz

I wish they would text me when there are substitutions so I can clarify or maybe buy an additional item if the substitution is a smaller item. For example I'm substituting a 28 ounce can of sauce for a 14 ounce can of sauce I would definitely want the 14 ounce can of sauce but I probably want two of them. They wouldn't know that without texting me.

I grew up on Old El Paso products namely the enchilada sauce. I'm 54 and my mother has been making homemade stacked West Texas style enchiladas with Old El Paso enchilada sauce since I can remember! There is nothing better..period!!! When the store is out, which they frequently are because it's so good, I have been forced to try other brands and have always been greatly disappointed. There simply is no substitute for this sauce. I not only put it in enchiladas, I add it to my chili pot, to Mexican homemade rice and homemade picadillo. I highly highly recommended this sauce and when you make your enchiladas stacked don't forget the fried egg on top!!
