Replaces expensive nori snack packs when cut up

For many years I was a big fan of the small sheets marketed as seaweed snacks but I don't like the high price and the wasted plastic packing trays. JUST USE SCISSORS TO CUT EACH SUSHI SHEET INTO A DOZEN SQUARES for having as a snack or a side with Asian themed meals. This costs just a fraction as much as the snack packs. Hint- to restore crispness to your stale sheets, lay them in a heated skillet for a minute on each side. I will never buy snack packs again! This method worked to revive a (different brand) sheet pack that was 4 years expired! Note - I could taste no hint of wasabi in these sheets but that's OK.

These things are delicious! Great for onigirazu wraps, cut into strips and added to ramen, or just for a quick little nibble. The wasabi give the sweetness of the seaweed a nice little kick. The only problem I had was in how to store them. But galloon sized ziploc laid flat or standing in pantry solved that issue.
