My instructions specifically state to take groceries to her apartment. She is in wheelchair and cannot carry them upstairs. I had to ask my mom to find someone in her apartment to carry groceries up to her, she was upset. I took tip away from delivery person. This is not the first time this has happened. Please educate delivery/drivers to follow simple instructions. Thank you.
