Provides great pipe support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worked in the commercial and industrial side of construction all of my career. I have seen these steel clevis hangers used to support various sizes of pipe on many jobs. I had a situation at home where I had a gas line in my garage suspended with some wire. I decided to finally correct that situation with the use of this Oatey 1” steel clevis hanger. I attached an angle up above on the side of a floor joist, cut a piece of all-thread the appropriate length ( the all-thread is attached to the angle through a hole and then after cutting to the correct length, attached to the clevis hanger ) and used the clevis hanger to properly support the gas line. Not only is this steel clevis hanger much safer, stronger and more reliable to support gas line, it was easy to install.

Good support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used two of these hangars to support my backflow device and they work great. I had to drill into my brick foundation wall as the length from the ceiling was too far. I was able to screw the rods into the brick and secure the water pipe on each side. Very sturdy. I expect this to last a very long time.

Sturdy hanger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this on my sink downstairs to hold the pipe in place. It went on very easy and is very sturdy. Made of good quality material.
