I've been searching for a high-protein, plant-based shake that doesn't taste like cardboard — and this is the one. This is the only chocolate smoothie I could find that does not have some type of dairy in it. It has 32 g of protein in just an 11 ounce container so that's awesome! it does not have sugar and it doesn't have any Toxic artificial sweetener... It is sweetened with monk fruit extract which is perfect. So gluten-free, dairy free,, soy free, non-GMO, 100% vegan with no Allergens. "Only what you need " Is also reasonably priced at Walmart. (Any place else I found it was five dollars more a case!)
