My new go-to tea in the morning
I drink Tulsi Ashwagandha tea every morning. I feel like it helps prepare and balance my body for the day ahead. I love the sweet undertones of Tulsi - it really helps balance the slight bitterness of Ashwagandha. I drink mine without any added sweetness most of the time. I added a teaspoon of raw honey when I was sick and it complemented the tea very nicely. The flavor of the tea is smooth and it helps me feel grounded after I drink it.
