Although expensive, this really works in conjunction with Bob %26 Brad videos. It also comes with illustrations of some great exercises. It saved me a trip to the doctor which was worth the cost.

Well made, probably a little expensive for what it is but you're unlikely to wear it out any time soon. Exercise pamphlet should be expanded and also include links to videos. I'll likely order another to avoid bringing it up and down the stairs.
