For the convenience of transportation, the cushions have undergone vacuum compression. When the cushion is taken out and first used, it may be a bit flat, but it will swell up after tappin. This process will take some time Our product warranty period is one year. During this period, if your cushion cannot be restored to its normal state, it may be a problem with some individual cushions, please contact us to replace the parts for you.
