This is perfectly normal. Use one beater in a hand-mixer or a butter knife to stab and stir into a creamy butter (this may take patience and some muscles with a knife). Refrigerate or store in cupboard lid-side-up once opened and stirred.

Natural Nut Butter - stir it!
It was very good. But it has to be treated like a natural nut butter. Use a fork to recombine the butter and oil before spreading. If packed together tightly, poke through the butter mixture to separate. I simply used a fork to separate and blend and it was perfect after that.
