Nutricost Whey Protein Concentrate (1.5 Pounds, Vanilla) - 25 Grams of Protein Powder per Serving

I love this protein powder. I have purchased vanilla protein powders from other brands in the past and hated them all so I just stopped buying them. I have looked into protein shakes but most have bad ingredients and the fairlife ones that I did enjoy are kinda pricey. I decided to look into protein powders again and saw that this one had better ingredients and good reviews. I decided to give it a chance and I am glad I did. It blends well and it does not taste chalky or have that gross protein taste. The vanilla flavor is sooo good everytime I make a smoothie with this I feel like I am having a treat. The amount of protein per scoop is great. I kinda hate that it has sugar in it but I think it's because of the milk and it's not too bad. I am diabetic and it doesn't seem to spike my sugar. This is the only protein shake I will buy from now on. I have seen there is a cookie and cream flavor that's the next one I want to try.

My husband is diabetic. He has been trying to lose weight as well as keep his glucose numbers down by keeping his intake of carbohydrates low. And as you would expect it, he gets very hungry between meals. He really enjoys this whey protein powder with unsweetened almond milk for breakfast. He has the same smoothie at night before he goes to bed. The results have been wonderful. The glucose numbers are definitely lower, and he was able to lose about 10 pounds last month.
