In researching this product I found that this supplement will help improve muscular strength and provide stamina for exercise or working. This also may help improve heart health. We started taking this about a week ago and have not seen much results. The write up stated to take about 14 days before best results. This does have a slight fishy smell in bottle but does not carry to breath. So far this is gentle on the stomach.
