good and expensive

its a good form of bhb but it is a bit too expensive, other forms of bhb could sell for only half the price my advice get this only if your looking for a potassium specific form of bhb.

Pros and Cons

I had previously used the Nutricost BHB salts with calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. I decided to try the potassium version because I take a magnesium glycinate supplement, get sodium in LMNT added to my water, and get plenty of calcium in my diet. What was good about this potassium only version was that it's practically tasteless vs the sickeningly sweet other version that I had to add lemon juice to. What was not good was that even with a dessicant included, it was very clumped, making it difficult for me to get through a funnel into my bottled water. Also, this version caused extreme nausea resulting in vomiting one day.
