Easiest way to magnesium !
I add it to water and use that to take my other meds/supplements. Overtime it tends to clump up from daily exposure to moisture (even when you scoop the powder and quickly close it). It does tend to breakdown almost all the way when stirred into the water. I personally don't like the little bits that don't dissolve.
