Fenugreek is an annual plant in the family Fabaceae, with leaves consisting of three small obovate to oblong leaflets. It is cultivated worldwide as a semiarid crop, and its seeds are a common ingredient in dishes from the Indian subcontinent. It is commonly used for a variety of reasons. Nutricost Fenugreek is 240 capsules per bottle. Every bottle has 120 servings of 1350mg of Fenugreek. This dietary supplement is gluten free and non-GMO. Bought to help maintain blood sugar levels
My husband is in the "at-risk" (pre-) diabetic category. We are researching many options in addition to diet and exercise. This is not a substitute for smart lifestyle choices. You MUST do those if you like seeing, having kidneys that functions, toes still attached, not having heart attacks or strokes, and on and on. Having said that, this has made a noticeable difference in his blood sugar levels. I will continue to buy this. It was one of the better priced options. If you prefer the food version, you can add this to your foods/recipes. It has a pleasant smell when you open the package, so I will probably be trying to add it to some of my seasonings in addition to the supplement. The capsule does not have a taste, you just get an idea of the scent when you open the package to take one.

Very good for health
I empty the little capsule in Warm water %26 make it like a tea to drink. I have been so healthy. I first used fenugreek because I could not make enough milk for my last baby. Fenugreek is great to help milk production for nursing mothers, but consult your physician first as some babies may react to it. It also has helped my immune system stay a bit stronger to prevent my usual winter colds.
