These capsules come apart and fit back together like they should and this size is easier to swallow than the larger capsules, yet they hold a lot. Buying your own powdery supplements like tumeric, cinnamon, collagen, etc. can save you money and you won't be paying for fillers you don't want to consume. The capsules are easy to fill using the tip of a pointed knife to insert the powder.
