Nutricost Egg White Protein Powder 8oz (Unflavored) - Non-GMO, Gluten Free Supplement

I love this egg, white protein powder. It is so convenient and easy to use. I have found that it does not mix well with liquids unless you mix it in a blender. But I really like it for breakfast and I mix it with dry oatmeal. I add some boiling water and then partially cook it in the microwave. I take it out and stir it and add some spices (salt, cinnamon and sweetener/or sugar). Then I add more boiled water, stir it up and finish cooking it in the microwave on 50% power. When it is done, I finished preparing it by adding some other ingredients, like fruit or granola, and rice milk. Yum! I especially like the fact that adding the powdered egg whites keep me from getting hungry again too soon.

Although the container is smaller than I thought, I really like the consistency of this protein powder. Plan to use it with Greek Yogurt to make gluten-free, and low carb bread.
