I have used this product on and off for years and it really works, - providing you do NOT bite or pick at your nails. My nails have been ruined buy having a set of acrylic nails applied then removed. Peeling, dicolouration, the whole shebang. 3 days of using Nutra Nail and there is a slight improvement. I keep bottles in my bathroom, and discreetly in the kitchen, applying whenever I am in either place. Thus I am using it on a daily basis probably a little more than is prescribed. Really, really good product. I have an outing at the end of October and I expect my nails to be back to their usual strength and length ready for a manicure by then. As a side note I am miffed that Walmart have stopped stocking this in their stores. Seems Hanseen products have the monopoly. Shame as they cannot hold a candle to Nutra Nail!!
