Broken necklace no returned contact

I have been trying to contact the company to use the insurance we got on the necklace because it broke two days after we got it. If I could rate it a zero for durability I would have. We love the look of it though. There was no tugging or pulling on it. It just broke about 2 inches from the clasp. He really loves this chain and would like to get this resolved so he can wear his cross on it again. Thank you
