I had bought a nice pair of dress shoes for a wedding at the shoe store on sale. After wearing them one time there was a noticeable defect. The store where I had bought them would not let me return them because they were on sale. So I wrote the company and provided them with information on the shoes and the defect in the sale price . They sent me a gift card for the full amount price so that I could buy a different pair of shoes . That is a reputable company . I just wish they had more choices in wide sizes. They do have a lot to choose from.
